- This process involves training and coaching a group of
employees and managers to become a self-sustaining
ergonomics team that can effectively identify and resolve
ergonomic risk factors.

- We use time-tested assessment tools and our 3R Method to
identify the Risks, Root Cause and Resolutions associated with a
task. Resolutions, or modifications, focus first on properly utilizing
existing assets before additional equipment is added.

- Many times it is necessary to know what is physically required to
perform a task to ensure that employees return to work safely or
to ensure that capable employees are hired. A Physical Demand
Assessment quantifies each action in the task to provide unbiased
data in order to make objective decisions.
